Immunofluorescence

What does it mean? 

A technique used to determine where a protein or antibody is located in tissues. It uses a reaction with an antibody that is labeled with a fluorescent dye and imaged using a microscope.

How do I use it in a sentence?

“I am using immunofluorescence to see the structure of actin proteins in the cell cytoskeleton.”
